HASP LABS / LEGAL
Privacy Notice
How this website handles information while you explore our practice, research, and email-based contact workflow.
Page revision: August 29, 2026
Scope
This notice describes the public HASP Labs website and its email-based contact workflow. It does not describe data handling under a separate client or research agreement.
Contact brief
The guided contact brief is assembled in your browser. This website does not submit the brief to HASP Labs or to a site endpoint, and it does not save the draft to local storage or session storage.
Your entries remain in the page's working memory while the contact interface is open. Closing or reloading the page discards that browser-held draft unless an email provider has already received it through the transfer described below.
Email-provider transfer
At the final step, you choose Gmail, Outlook, or your device's default mail application. Opening the selected provider transfers the addressed email, subject, and brief into that provider or mail handler before you send it. The provider's account, privacy, browser-history, and retention practices may then apply.
HASP Labs receives nothing from this workflow unless you send the email. You may bypass the guided brief and email contact@hasplabs.com directly.
Research URL state
Research search text, filters, view selection, and an opened record can be represented in the page URL and browser history. This makes a research view bookmarkable and shareable. It also means the URL may remain in your browser history or appear wherever you share it.
Do not enter confidential, personal, or sensitive information into research search or filter fields.
Site delivery and request data
The current website application does not include a hosted contact submission endpoint or an analytics client. Delivering any website still requires network requests.
Depending on the production hosting, content-delivery, DNS, firewall, and security configuration, the systems that deliver and protect the site may process ordinary request information such as an IP address, user-agent string, requested URL, timestamp, and diagnostic or security events. Their exact configuration and retention are not described by this notice.
Email and external services
If you send an email, the message, addressing metadata, and any attachments are processed by your selected provider and the systems that deliver email to HASP Labs. Avoid sending credentials, secrets, regulated data, or other sensitive system details until appropriate handling terms are in place.
Links to research sources and other third-party sites are governed by those services' own practices.
Changes and contact
This page may be revised as the website or its delivery configuration changes. The revision date above identifies the version displayed. Questions about this notice can be sent to contact@hasplabs.com.
