Hasp Labs LLC provides security architecture, infrastructure hardening, compliance engineering, and related consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of any engagement will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or engagement agreement between Hasp Labs and the client.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Hasp Labs LLC. Deliverables produced under a client engagement are governed by the terms of the applicable SOW or engagement agreement.
4. Confidentiality
Hasp Labs treats all client information as confidential. We do not disclose client names, engagement details, or any proprietary information without explicit written consent. Specific confidentiality obligations are defined in each engagement agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
Hasp Labs LLC provides services on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hasp Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website. Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law
